The lid fits incredibly well and is genuinely airtight. Because it's airtight, I don't recommend carbonated beverages as they'll eventually cause the lid to pop off.
Nothing better than a customer that understands! Thanks so much for the kind review and information :) Although, carbonated beverages can still be enjoyed, we just recommend leaving the flip open at first so that you can let some of the bubbles subside!
I needed to replace the lids on two of our cups. These new lids have a stronger seal than the earlier lids. Great job!
We picked up 2 Pirani coffee cups during our time in Turks & Caicos and have been a firm favourite as they are not only nostaligic sourvenirs but a really tough, durable, perfectly sized companion. We misplaced our lids and the team sent us out replacements to the UK - despite the impact of Hurricane Milton on deliveries.
